Shipping Policy

All orders must be shipped to the credit card's billing address. All orders have a FedEx direct signature requirement. Recipient must be available to sign for delivery. Due to security measures, we are unable to waive this policy under any circumstance. If no one is available to sign, Fed Ex will leave a "call tag" at the residence to arrange for pick up (Express services only) or reattempt delivery.

Shipping and handling is not refundable for any "RTS: Return To Sender" packages. We understand you may be unavailable to sign for packages during normal delivery schedule. In this case we suggest two alternatives that may help:

Notify your bank or credit card company to include an additional shipping address to your account.
Have deliveries sent using FedEx EXPRESS services and arrange to pick up and sign for your order at a location near you. (Confirm with your local FedEx Express office for location and hours of operation. Not available for most Home Delivery shipments).

What if my billing address is a PO box or APO?

We ship to PO Boxes and APO’s via USPS. However, orders of $150.00 or more are shipped via Fed Ex and require a physical, none PO Box or APO, alternate address. A direct signature is required upon delivery of all orders of $150.00 or more.

Shipping Methods and Guidlines

Ground: Orders will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (Tuesday - Saturday) within the contiguous U.S, usually by 8:00 PM
Express Saver: Orders placed before 7:00 AM PST will be delivered in 3 business days, usually by 7:00 PM.
2-Day: Orders placed before 7:00 AM PST will be delivered in 2 business days, usually by 7:00 PM.
Standard Overnight: Orders placed before 7:00 AM PST will be delivered next business day. FedEx will attempt to deliver once.
Priority Overnight: Orders placed before 7:00 AM PST will be delivered next day, usually by 3:00 PM FedEx will attempt to deliver once.

Weekend and holiday deliveries are unavailable. Weekends do not count as a business day
