Shipping and Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy: 

• Accurate shipping addresses must be provided by the customer.
• Once an order is shipped, the ship to address can not be changed.
• Once your order is placed and confirmed, the order can not be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

• Christian Audigier offers product exchanges only. 
• All items returned for exchange only must in the original packaging, unused and unworn.
• Defective items must be returned with all original packaging, unused and unworn.
• Items that are returned for exchange only that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted for exchange. 
• All U.S. orders will receive a return label upon request for an exchange. 
• International customers must provide their own shipping labels and shipping providers.
