Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the requirements below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear
  • Returned with original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging, when applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
  • Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items damaged after delivery due to use, wear, washing, or improper care
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • We will provide return instructions if your return request is eligible.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item confirmed by us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges may be handled as a return and new purchase unless otherwise approved by our customer service team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@christianaudigier.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
