Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, promotions, and other operational factors. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped, when tracking is available.

Shipping rates and delivery options are shown at checkout when available.
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States using available carrier services. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping options may be available to select destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Customs processing may delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with the carrier, household members, neighbors, building management, or local delivery location.
